The brief
Muzz needed storyboards for an ad campaign — frame-by-frame visual drafts of each beat, shot direction, and on-camera action, ready for a production team to translate into film. The brief was less about look and more about clarity: a board the shoot could read without holding the script.
Process
Started from script and rough beats. Each frame thumbnailed first in pencil, then re-drawn cleanly with composition arrows, camera notes and action lines set beside the panel. Boards revised in passes — the test for each cut was whether someone arriving cold could follow the cut without explanation.
Outcome
Boards used as the visual reference for Muzz's ad production — the kind of document that compresses a meeting into a page and lets the shoot move faster than discussion alone could.
